Telescope Making 101
Our mirror making class is now in session! John Norczyk has volunteered to lead those who are interested in grinding their own mirror through this process. He has a considerable amount of experience in this area and is a very good instructor. The class meets for about an hour after the monthly meetings, but most of the actual work will be performed at home. There is space for a few mirror grinding stations to be used after the club meetings, and tests will be performed as the mirrors develop the desired shape.
